The Wonderland Project Cabernet Sauvignon No.9 2022 750ml

The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a west-facing slope on the northern ridge of the Atlas Peak AVA in the Napa Valley. These vines are planted on well drained red volcanic soils, well above the fog line. The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. The wine was pressed off into French oak barrels (30% new) and aged for 18 months. This wine is un-fined and unfiltered. This bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon has lovely fruit balanced by a savory edge.
