Aromas and flavors of chocolate drizzled on strawberry shortcake, butterscotch and praline, dates and dried black cherry, cedar and tobacco, burnt sugar, and shitake mushroom with a round, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and a layered, long finish with overtones of sticky toffee pudding with a cherry chocolate sauce, caramel vanilla, marzipan, and cocoa powder. A damn fine Whiskey that is well made and well aged.
