Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice undergoes a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks then bottled under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh character. Highly aromatic with peach, orange, lemon, papaya, pineapple and mineral notes.
Vibrant and racy with layer of tropical, stone and citrus fruit perfectly balanced and precise.
A highly versatile wine, this can be enjoyed on its own or with a range of appetizers, salads, white meats, seafood dishes, spicy cuisine or cheeses.

Riesling
