Ocellus hails from the premium Santa Lucia Highlands, one of the top districts along California’s Central Coast. The region’s mountainside vineyards benefit from brilliant sunshine (a key ripening factor), along with cooling breezes and fog from the nearby Monterey Bay. It’s the perfect climate for producing world-class whites, which are, unsurprisingly, the Santa Lucia Highlands’ speciality.
