Leclerc-Briant’s Divine Solera is a stunning Champagne, made primarily from the 2007 vintage and blended to a gorgeous, spicy, and rich style with blends from 2004, 2005, and 2006. The palate shows rich layers of baked puff pastry, brioche, and beeswax, which support aromas of apricot, crushed raspberry, and spiced plum. It’s poised to stand up to dishes that would overwhelm milder Champagnes and promises a fantastic evolution through 2025.
