Aromas and flavors of caramel and marshmallow fluff on grilled pineapple, steaming lava rocks, green cedar planks, and fried plantain with a round, crisp, dryish medium-to-full body and a refreshing, medium-length finish that shows accents of butterscotch pudding, vanilla lemon cream and black pepper, and grilled sweet peppers. Rich barrel characteristics work in harmony while maintaining and earthy base of Agave flavors.
