Tannins from the tea give the drink a more substantial mouth feel, while the Bergamot Oil in the Earl Grey and the Sage complement each other to add dimension to the flavor profile. After a swallow, you’ll note just a touch of bite from the Rainbow Peppercorn on the finish, enough to let you know Earl is Angry.
