Pure, fresh and piquant on the palate, this is a straightforward Spätlese with grip and tension but also finesse and great elegance. The finish is intensely rich and fruity but encountered by this remarkable refreshing piquancy and lingering grip. This Spätlese (AP 15 17) is far too young to drink in the next 10 years, but it will surely reward your patience.
