With over 40 vintages under his belt, Bill knows where all the best fruit is in Sonoma and how to craft fine, age-worthy wines. For Jets Uncorked, he sourced premium Cabernet from his favorite vineyard rows in the Alexander Valley and aged the wine for 15 months in French oak barrels. In the glass, look forward to an intense core of raspberry, black currant and fresh plum with notes of chocolate, sage and thyme. The tannins are tightly packed and the finish is long.
