Medium-bodied, it has good freshness and is very well-balanced, with fine tannins and seamless feel. It floats off the palate and leaves a stony texture. This is a very attractive red to drink over the next 7-10 years.

Nebbiolo

The Nebbiolo grape varietal is widely understood to be the fruit responsible for Italy’s finest aged wines. They are generally aged for many years to balance out their characteristics, as their natural tannin levels tend to be very high.
