This wine, aged for 12 months in barriques, has a full ruby red colour with violet hues and good consistency. The nose is clear and intense with fruity and spicy notes, ranging from wild cherries, through liquorice to pepper. Envelopping to the palette, rich, with soft tannin, with a long and fruity finish.
Excellent with meat dishes, Vincisgrassi and with red meat.
