The 2020 Cabernet Franc Poligonos Del Valle De Uco San Pablo was aged for 10 months in French oak. Bright purple in hue. The heart of the nose is herbal with gentle notes of jalapeño and mint. Continuing on the nose, clear fruity aromas spring forward including fresh plum and cherry. Flavorful in the mouth, the palate is energized by the freshness with fine tannins that grow juicier well into the aftertaste. A pure, raw red with a captivating profile.
