Aromas are of nuts, unsalted butter, distant scents of palm oil, very old oak and spice. The palate entry is semisweet, intensely sugar cane-like, and woody enough to be slightly bitter; by the midpalate the flavor profile is candy sweet with a background hint of honey. The finish is warm, nutty, fatty and vanilla extract-like.
