89-91 A blend of 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Grenache Gris, the 2020 Cotes du Roussillon Occultum Lapidem Blanc features scents of lime zest and white peach. With 30% barrel fermented and aged in demi-muids, it’s medium to full-bodied and plump in the mouth, a succulent effort that nicely balances richness and drinkability. This sample was from the tank prior to bottling, so it represents the final blend.
