Cumberland Falls Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Cumberland Falls bourbon was named after a majestic waterfall in Kentucky that produces a rainbow at night, called a ”moonbow”. With a unique, smooth finish, we thought it fitting to name our bourbon after this one-of-a-kind state landmark and natural phenomenon.

– Handcrafted in a small batches under 86 proof.
– Patiently aged for 4 years in charred American oak barrels.
– Special mash recipe of 78% Corn, 13% Rye and 9% Malted Barley.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Beautiful medium to dark amber, bordering on copper.
Nose: Lemon, pine, and faint allspice with subtle notes of char that give way to banana and summer fruits. Almost no alcohol on the nose. Oak is as minimal on the nose as it is on the palate.
Palate: Vanilla overlays all of the rye spice, which follows the young, new lightly-charred oak. Hints of alcohol accompany the short, creamy vanilla finish.
