Now our Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a shining example of how patience and dedication to crafting quality spirits from scratch pays off. The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come.

Aroma: Graham cracker crust, burnt caramel, citrus peel, lemon meringue, and pink peppercorn

Taste: Honey, bread crust, baked pear, cedar, clove, black pepper, and light floral

Finish: Lemon zest, black pepper, and slight drying
