• Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Rkatsiteli (an indigenous grape from Georgia), Chenin Blanc & Timorasso.
• The vineyards are situated on a mixture of red clay and loam that provides great natural drainage.
• Hand harvested.
• Each varietal is vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and blended as soon as fermentation is complete.
• The final blend sits on its fine lees and is stirred periodically for 4 months.
