It all started in 1996, when the Gabbs purchased their Journey’s End estate and began replanting its vineyards. Eight years later, their first wine was born and became the first ever to earn a John Platter’s Wine Guide five star award as a new release.

Since then, the awards have only continued to stack up. “With quality remarkably high and consistent, I was particularly struck by Journey’s End,” remarked Jancis Robinson, Master of Wine.
