2019 Timeless Red Wine Napa Valley

Timeless, the Silver Oak Family’s latest brand, has been absolutely stunning in its first couple vintages, and the Robb Report declared that “Silver Oak’s first new label in 20 years is a wine worth the wait.” 

We’re thrilled to be able to share their 2019 Timeless Red with you. Selected from the premier parcels of Soda Canyon Ranch—the property that has provided the backbone of Silver Oak’s Napa Valley Cabernet for two decades—in a top Napa vintage, it delivers on its promise of its impeccable pedigree.

Timeless is an homage to the Duncan legacy of vintners. Coming from a winemaking family now in their third generation (with a fourth coming up), it’s a masterful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc that has all the finesse and complexity of the family’s signature wines. Aged in new French Oak, it shows a luxurious texture and subtle notes of spice and sandalwood, which all enhance the ripe black fruit and wild herbs. 

The iconic Soda Canyon Ranch in southeastern Napa has been an integral part of Silver Oak Napa Valley since 1999. The property consists of six distinct plots, and longtime winemaker Nate Weis draws upon them to craft a singular expression of the vineyard. 

We feel lucky to have this wine, one that—albeit with a different name—has been part of the Duncan story for decades. The buzz is building, and considering the spectacular vintage, this allocation won’t be around for long.
