Winemakers all over the world try to achieve the beautiful pale pink color and the dry, yet juicy flavors of Provence rosé, but the natural factors of the region cannot be mimicked. At Domaine du Dragon, the Nezam family hand-harvests their grapes, which are then treated to a pristine aging experience — gravity-fed and vinified in stainless steel to preserve fresh flavors and mineral complexity.
