2014 Trimbach Riesling Clos Ste. Hune Alsace

The high scoring 2014 Trimbach Clos Ste Hune is bone dry and crisp with a bounty of fruit ranging from papaya to lime to pear all anchored to a salty limestone finish. It is a pure reflection of the Grand Cru soils within which the vines grow. The lemon verbena and herbs will emerge to the forefront over the next several decades.
