92-94 The 2022 Volnay Les Chevrets 1er Cru is a classic Boillot wine. It bursts from the glass with racy red/purplish fruit. Lavender, rose petal, cinnamon and new leather are all beautifully delineated. There’s a touch of new oak, but it suits the style here quite well.
