Paolo’s famous for his rich reds, but what many fans don’t know is that his career began with whites. So, he’s returned to his roots with this gorgeous ‘white Chianti’ which arrives fresh from the 2020 vintage.

Paolo used native grapes Trebbiano and Malvasia (with a dash of Chardonnay for added texture) that grow in Valdichiana, a little-known region in Tuscany that was a favorite of Paolo’s dad, Renzo. The results in your glass are textbook Paolo—elegant, balanced, and food-friendly.
