Named after its beautiful coastal origins, Pescadero Rock hails from premium Monterey County. Monterey produces some of California’s best Pinot Noir—the long growing season gives the grapes plenty of time to develop complex flavors, while cooling breezes from nearby Monterey Bay prevent over-ripening. After harvest, the red-skinned grapes are gently pressed and cool fermented to impart the pretty, pale color and vibrant freshness that you expect in a stylish rosé.
