During his long career, 20th-century artist Ernest Clayton painted over 200 watercolors of wildflowers gathered in the countryside around his Northern California home. Inspired by the gorgeous Blazing Star painted on the label, this luscious white is as elegant as Clayton’s work.

Blazing Star marries Viognier and Roussanne. Originally from southern France (where they star in opulent and pricey white Châteauneuf-du-Pape), these white grapes thrive in sunny California.
