I Fabbri Chianti Classico Lamole DOCG 2020 750ml

This unoaked Chianti Classico hails from I Fabbri’s oldest and highest altitude vines. The vineyard reaches 630 metres on terraced slopes of sandstone soil in the township of Lamole. It’s a study in delicacy and loveliness, showing Sangiovese’s floral side. Scents of iris, lavender and redcurrant blossom divulge slowly. Slender in frame, the palate is fluid and lacey. Light powdery tannins caress gently while brisk acidity provides the backbone.
