An intriguing Riesling, with great range to melon, lilac, chrysanthemum and green herbs, all set upon a foundation of salt and flint. Shows roundness and juiciness, showing a slightly oily texture as the density builds. There’s a refreshing spearmint note on the long, mouthwatering finish, where savory acidity gives a chiseled impression. A bit shy now but will unfurl with time.
