This extremely conscientious farm in the Coteaux de L’Aubance, within the Anjou-Villages, is run by the Biotteau family. This is the fourth generation of Biotteau to make wine here, so they are careful to respect the land. This gorgeously subtle Chenin Blanc comes from the village of Saint-Jean-de-Mauvrets, with chalky limestone soils. Certified sustainable.
