Château les Aubitriès stands as a symbol of tradition, passion and ambition. Since 1998, the estate has been owned and thoughtfully managed by Véronique and Eric Bourgogne, a dynamic young couple dedicated to preserving time-honored winemaking methods while respecting the environment. Their commitment to sustainable practices has even earned them a prestigious HVE3 certification (France’s highest environmental designation).

The estate covers 31 hectares of vineyards, with vines averaging 30 years in age, flourishing in the clay soils of Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region. These soils provide an ideal foundation for Bordeaux’s renowned varietals, such as Cabernet and Merlot.
