The wine boasts a beautiful texture that is soft and powerful at once.” The 2015 growing season at Podere Sapaio brought forth Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot that, when blended, combined the richness of a Napa Cabernet twice the price with the structure of a stunning Left Bank Bordeaux from a ripe vintage.
