Lieb Cellars Teroldego Lagrein Estate 2020 750ml

Produced from estate-grown grapes from their North Fork vineyard, the wine is two-thirds Teroldego and one-third Lagrein, punched down during fermentation for extraction and aged for six months in Hungarian oak. Winemaker Russell Hearn ­notes: ‘The beauty of the Teroldego is the tannins’, and here the wine has a silky texture yet is not lacking grip. The aromas have plenty of dark mulberry fruit notes with hints of dark chocolate and spice that linger on the finish.
