Brown Estate Red Blend Chaos Theory 2022 750ml

Produced using Sonoma fruit, Brown Estate’s 2022 Chaos Theory Proprietary Red Wine is a blend of 37% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Zinfandel, 13% Merlot and 8% Barbera, aged in approximately 30% new French oak. Sage and tobacco leaf notes accent cherries and berries on the nose, while the medium- to full-bodied palate is soft and supple, marked by hints of caramel and barrel char on the finish. Unlike the House of Brown Cabernet Sauvignon, this non-Napa offering is a more serious effort, worthy of pairing with various grilled red meats.
